Jasmine Guitars is a modern and progressive guitar brand, with innovative ideas and guiar models. Jasmine formerly made guitars in the image of their parent company, Takamine; but now has their own designs. In fact, Jasmine's headstock logo used to say "Jasmine, by Takamini". Among their recent innovations are two new guitar top bracing designs, for steel string acoustic and nylon strimg classical guitars. Their Advanced X Brace System for acoustic guitars, and Advanced Classical Bracing Sytem for classical guitars both enable the guitar top to vibrate more freely, while withstanding the pull of the stirngs witout unnecssary top distortion or extra weight. The enable Jasmine guitars to be resonsive and sound lively, with clear tone and good projection.

Jasmine Guitars makes several lines of acoustic and acoustic electric guitars, at above entry level prices, but with the quality, playability, and sound of much more expensive guitars. This comes form their connecton with Takamine, maker of some very respected guitars.
